Biden visited the Mexican restaurant on Cinco de Mayo and walked out holding a bag of food.

A reporter asked Joe Biden if he had any comments on the efforts to oust Liz Cheney from the House Republican leadership post.

“I don’t understand Republicans,” Biden mumbled as he shuffled past reporters.
